Out of Date Status Uses the Part’s View to Determine the Latest Iteration

Description
The workspace’s Out of Date status can be configured to use a particular View version, when determining what is the latest part version. In past releases, no view version was set, but now the Out of Date status column uses the View for Parts view in the Workspace’s preferences to determine if the iteration in the workspace is out of date with respect to current view instead of comparing the version to the pure latest revision.
