Deprecation of the eMDR Sample

Description
The eMDR sample delivered with
SRHeMDRDist.zip will be deprecated in a future release. This deprecation includes the following items:
• SRH EMDR Decision
• SRH eMDR Life Cycle Version 1
• SRHReportDelegate.java
• SRHeMDRServicesThing and the associated ThingWorx components
PTC recommends that you provide a similar implementation using the revisable Regulatory Submission that is available in the Windchill Regulatory Submission module.
