User Interface Location: All Workspace Check-In Actions

You can now set the default check-in comment to be added when checking in a CAD document from a workspace. The default comment is added to all the CAD documents if a comment is not provided during the check-in action. You can also add variable text values to the default check-in comment during the action. However, it is important to remember that using PTC variable text may expose the sensitive, access-controlled information to unintended users. The variables should be used only if they comply to the company’s security policy.
