Documentation Tab
From the Documentation tab, you can view, add, change, or remove documents associated with an object. The following types of document association tables may be displayed:
Described By Documents — Displays the version-specific documents for the selected object.
References Documents — Displays the related documents that contain essential information for the selected object.
CAD Documents — Displays the documents representing elements of a CAD assembly structure for the selected object.
Available Actions
The following table explains the icons and their actions available for Described By Documents, References Documents and CAD Documents sections under this tab:

Description
Add new Document
Opens the New Document dialog box where you can create and associate a new document with the selected object.
Add existing Documents
Allows you to associate an existing document with the selected object.
Remove Selected
Removes the selected associated document.
Copy
Places the selected document on the clipboard, so you can associate that document for another object.
Paste
Places a document from the clipboard in the selected location.
Open in Creo Illustrate
Opens the selected illustration in Creo Illustrate.

This action is available in the References Documents table. Use this action to open an illustration when multiple illustrations are associated to an operation.
Update Illustration
Updates the selected illustration.

This action is available in the References Documents table. Use this action to update an illustration when multiple illustrations are associated to an operation.
