Viewing MPMLink Object Tables for Documents
A document is a Windchill business object. The document information page is a collection point for information related to the document you are investigating and is accessed by clicking the information icon for the object. You can view MPMLink tables on the document information page. When you add the documents for control characteristics, resources and process plan objects and navigate to the information page of the document, you can view the following tables:
Name
Description
Control Characteristics
Displays all the standard control characteristics that are used by the current described by document, reference document or CAD document.
Resources
Displays all the resources that are used by the current described by document, reference document or CAD document.
Process Plan Objects
Displays all the process plan objects that are used by the current described by document, reference document or CAD document. The process plan objects include process plan, operations, standard operations, sequences, and standard procedures.

To create a new information page tab, click the new tab icon located to the right of the existing tabs. To add or remove an information table or other component, click the Customize menu in the upper right corner of a new tab pane. A list of available components appears, with any currently displayed components already selected. Click Related Objects to view the tables mentioned above. Select appropriate checkboxes according to your business requirements.

Each table displays objects using a default view. You can select a different view to limit which objects you see.
You can make minor modifications to the table and save the view.
You can also tailor views by selecting which objects and columns to display in the table and determining their order. For more information, see Creating and Editing New Table Views.
