Include Existing Translations in the XLIFF File

Description
XLIFF is a standard XML-based format used in the Windchill Service Information Manager translation process for identifying the translatable attributes available in information structures, publication structures, or parts lists. Using the preference Include Existing Translations in XLIFF, you can now specify the attributes and their target (translated) values that are included in the XLIFF file for translation.
Additional Information
When generating XLIFF documents for translation, using this preference, you now have the following options to configure XLIFF file:
The default option is to include attributes with the target values the same as the source values.
Include attributes with their existing translated values.
Exclude attributes if their translation already exists.
