Audit Table Page
Only a quality container owner can create an audit. Once an audit object is created, an audit manager can assign the audit to a quality auditor who then conducts and closes the audit through various life cycles of an audit.
When an audit is created, it is set to the Audit Request state.
To access the Audit table page, click quality container > Audit. The page displays a list of audits. This page displays the following information:
Name
Description
Number
Specifies audit ID.
Name
Specifies name of the audit.
Use the icon to view the audit information. For more information, see Audit Information Page.
State
Specifies the state of the audit.
Created On
Specifies the date and time on which the audit is created.
Context
Specifies the name of quality container of the audit.

Click this icon to create a new audit. For more information, see Creating and Editing an Audit.

Rename
Allows you to modify the name and number of the audit.
Edit Audit
Opens the Edit Audit wizard where you can edit the audit attributes and related details.
Set State
Allows to change the lifecycle state of the audit, for example, from Plan and Scope to Conduct Audit. For more information, see Setting the State of an Object.
New CAPA Request
Allows you to create a CAPA request for an audit.
New NC Request
Allows you to create a Nonconformance request for an audit.
Undo Reservation
When this action is enabled, it indicates that another user has the object reserved for modification. You can use this action to manually revoke their reservation and allow another user to modify the object.
A confirmation message appears with details about the user and the action they are performing.

This action is enabled when an audit is edited in offline mode.
