Usage and License Reporting Utility for PDMLink and ProjectLink

The Usage and License Reporting utility is available for Windchill PDMLink and Windchill ProjectLink only.
The Usage and License Reporting link is available only from the Site > Utilities page. This utility allows site administrators to view and distribute usage reports from the Usage tab as well as view license membership for the View and Print Only and PLM Connector Importable Package license groups from their corresponding tabs. The content for the reports can also be exported to a file.
Usage Tab
The Usage tab provides a mechanism for administrators to view the number of users who have logged into the Windchill system for a given time period. The usage report contains the following data:
Usage Period - the time interval being reported
Users - the number of users
The user login and session expiration is captured as an event. When a session is initiated or terminated, an event records the session's user and captures the total number of sessions in the system. The session is terminated after 30 minutes of inactivity (this is a site configurable value). The system counts the usage by the number of unique users that have accessed the system within a given day.
