Deleting an Agreement
When an agreement is deleted, all associated authorized objects, authorized participants, and the authorization document, if any, remain intact. As a result of deleting an agreement, authorized participants will no longer be able to view the authorized objects unless they are cleared by another agreement. An agreement does not have to be inactive for it to be deleted. Only members of the agreement managers group with the appropriate access control permissions are able to delete agreements.
To delete an agreement, select Delete from the Actions menu for a particular agreement. You can delete multiple agreements by selecting multiple agreements from the Agreement Folder Contents table and clicking the delete icon . To delete previous iterations of an agreement, select Delete Non-latest Iterations from the Actions menu on the Agreements page or the agreement information page.

An agreement will not be automatically deleted if all of the associated objects (authorized objects, authorized participants, and authorization document) or associations to the objects are deleted.
In addition to being a part of the Agreement Manager group, you will also require at least one of the following license profiles to be able to delete an agreement:
IP Protection License Profile
PTC Windchill Advanced License
PTC Windchill Premium License
