Windchill products allow you to require electronic signatures on workflow activities to authenticate the activity.

Electronic signature information for QMS review objects is contained in the Workflow Records table. To access the table, create a new tab on the object information page. Click Customize > General > Workflow Records to view all workflow records or all signed workflow records (workflow records with an electronic signature).
