For users with this role to be able to edit the customer experience from the customer experience structure by right-clicking the Intake node, administrators must manually adjust their permissions. Administrators must add Modify and Modify Content permissions to this role for the Customer Experience type using the Policy Administration utility.

Complete customer experience evaluation
|
Users with this role can create customer experience activities and customer experience product activities from the Customer Experience Evaluation window and from the Customer Experience tab of the customer experience information page.

• Make changes to the quality context’s team, such as adding, removing, or replacing team members.
• Add or remove roles for the quality context.
• Change a customer experience workflow state from the customer experience information page by choosing > .
