Scheduling External Storage

To access the External Storage Scheduling window, select Utilities > File Server Administration > Revaulting Scheduler, available from Products

, Libraries

, and Site

The External Storage Scheduling window displays the following information about objects scheduled for revaulting:

• Main Vault—The object on which the run is scheduled to be performed

• Frequency—How often the vaulting is to be performed

• Next Time—The next time the revaulting is to be performed

• Current run Status—The current status of the scheduled run

In the External Storage Scheduling window, you can perform the following actions:

Icon	Description
	Click this icon to create a revaulting schedule .
	Select a schedule and then click this icon to view details about the schedule.
	Select a schedule and then click this icon to modify the revaulting schedule.
	Select a schedule and then click this icon to delete the scheduled object and all of its history from the repository.
	Select a schedule and then click this icon to display the history of revaulting operations.
	Select a schedule and then click this icon to prevent additional revaulting operations from being performed for this schedule. The history of the revaulting operations is maintained.
