File Servers Table
The File Servers table appears on the bottom of the File Server Management page. Use the File Servers table to view a list of all existing File Servers within the context that you are viewing that are recognized by the main site.
You can perform actions for each File Server using the icons above the table or by right-clicking a File Server row. Use the register file server icon to register a file server. Use the delete icon to delete the File Server whose checkbox you selected. When you delete a File Server, its registration and all references are also deleted.
When you right-click a File Server row, the following actions are available:
Take Offline or Take Online—Changes the status of the File Server to offline or online. The icon in the Name column changes to reflect the status of the File Server.
Toggle Read Only—Determines whether the readOnly status of the File Server is on (true) or off (false). If the read only icon appears, the status is off and means that the site is read only and is available only for downloads and not for uploads.
Edit Details—Opens the Edit File Server Details window, where you can change the File Server URL and the host URL.
Edit Root Folders—Opens the Edit Root Folders window, where you can add a new root folder or delete a root folder.
Delete—Deletes the File Server.

You can also make these right-click actions available in an actions menu in each row. The actions column is hidden by default. You can display the actions column by clicking the down arrow in one of the column headings, selecting Columns, and selecting Actions.
To hide or display columns or to change the way the table is organized, click the down arrow in a heading row column and then choose the appropriate option.
