Workspace Preferences
Workspaces can be configured for your convenience. Typical reasons to set workspace preferences are the following.
To identify the associated context
To set target storage folders
To specify configuration options for all objects managed in a workspace
Selecting Edit Preferences from the workspace actions menu brings up the Edit Workspace Options for workspace <workspace name> window with tabs for setting General workspace options, the Part Configuration Specification, and the CAD or dynamic Document Configuration Specification.

Part Configuration Specification only applies to Windchill PDMLink, Windchill ProjectLink. For information on setting collection options for workspace objects and actions, see the help available from the Windchill Preference Management utility. The Preference Management utility for your Windchill context is available by selecting <context > > Utilities > Preference Management.
