Organization Usage Reports
The Organization Usage Reporting window is accessed from the > page. This table provides a monthly summary of how many internal and external users have accessed projects, products, or libraries in the respective organization.
Organization usage reports allow administrators to track system usage on an organization-by-organization basis. An organization is considered to have been accessed by a user when data within the organization or information about the organization is displayed. The count of users accessing an organization is based on unique user accesses, not total accesses to the organization. Therefore, the count is incremented once per unique user. An audit event is only triggered the first time a user accesses an organization within a specific session.
An internal user is any user that is a member of the current organization.
An external user is any user that is a member of an organization other than the current organization.
