Direct Upgrade from 11.0 onwards to 12.1.2.0
If the source is 11.0 M030 or 11.1 M020 or prior, then the source release server needs to be updated to the latest 11.0.M030 CPS or 11.1 M020 CPS respectively where Oracle 19c or SQLServer 2016 databases are supported. Once update is done, perform direct Upgrade to 12.1.2.0.
