Training Records Table Page
As an administrator, you can create the training records for members of a group and its nested groups.
Some of the default information displayed on the Training Records table are as follows:
Name
Description
Document Number
Specifies the training document number.
Document Description
Specifies the training document description.
Document Version
Specifies the training document version.
Specifies the user name in the group for whom the document is created.
Completed Date
Specifies the training completion date.
Training Status
Specifies the training status of the group member. If a user is no longer a part of a group, the Training Status is displayed as Canceled.
Expiration Date
Specifies the training expiration date.
Comment
Specifies the comments about the members of the group.
User Disabled
Displays deleted members from the group.
Action
Click to add a training document for members of a group.

Allows you to view the training record information.
Edit Training Record
Allows you to edit the training record.
Set State
Allows you to set the training record state.
View Report
Allows you to download the training record report.
