Error Codes for Download

A code 05xx xxxx represents an error for the Download command. The following table lists and describes specific error codes:

Error Code	Notification
0x0500 1000	Invalid file download location specified
0x0500 2000	Primary content does not exist on the specified object
0x0500 4000	Absolute Path required for Target Location
0x0500 8000	Failed to get downloadable content
0x0502 0000	Download Failed

Here are some tips to troubleshoot these errors:

• Verify that the Windchill server is running.

• Verify that the primary content exists for the specified object.

• Verify that you have correctly typed the download path.
