The Incremental Update utility loads administrative files in Windchill Quality Management Solutions 12.1.2.9 installations and above during an upgrade process and fresh installation. If these files were previously loaded, they are overriden during the upgrade process. If the data is not available, you can manually load these files as necessary.
You can manually load various task form templates, workflow templates, life cycle templates. Set up the appropriate OIRs to use the new definitions.
