Description
The Windchill AI Assistant plugin 2026.1.0.11 or later requires Windchill 12.1.2.23 or later. Before updating the plugin, ensure that your Windchill environment is upgraded to a supported version.
The 2026.1.0.11 release of the plugin is scheduled for July 2026.

Updating the plugin is a one-way operation and cannot be reversed.
If you update the plugin on an unsupported Windchill version (for example, 12.1.2.22), the plugin fails to start and remains in the Stopped state.
To resolve this issue:
1. Upgrade Windchill to version 12.1.2.23 or later.
2. Reinstall the Windchill AI Assistant plugin.
