The Single-Level View Version Conversion utility was provided starting in Windchill 10.0. It was used to convert the pre-Windchill 10.0 versioning to the single-level view versioning, that was exclusively supported with Windchill 10.0. This utility and multi-level versioning scheme properties, upon which it relied, will be terminated in a future Windchill release.
