Ability to create change management transitions using the Customize Modeled Enumerations (ChangeTransition) capability in the Type and Attribute Management utility. It controls the addition or deletion of transitions on the menu list of the Release Target column.

Previously, the property wt.change2.changeTransitions controlled the addition or deletion of the transitions on the Release Target column menu list. Starting with Windchill 12.1.1.0, the property wt.change2.changeTransitions is removed and a new enumeration ChangeTransition is added.

After migration, customers must reapply changes if there are any out-of-the-box (OOTB) properties.
