The Windchill Performance Advisor is a dashboard powered by ThingWorx, that gives Windchill customers an aggregated view of diagnostic data from Windchill applications. The dashboard supports the supervision of Windchill environments for ongoing maintenance and upgrade processes. The dashboard contains purpose-built gadgets with drill-down capabilities to details pages. Each gadget uses diagnostic data collected by the Windchill Performance Advisor utility that is embedded intoWindchill applications. The collected data that consists of system information and usage of Windchill applications, is sent to PTC and used to improve PTC products.
