Configuring for Windchill 11.1 F000 onwards
Non-Cluster or Single Node Environment
Follow the below steps, when Windchill is configured as a single node or non-cluster environment or a single node multi-method server environment:
1. Navigate to Site 
> and click Windchill Performance Advisor.
> and click Windchill Performance Advisor.2. On the Settings tab, click Yes, I want to send data to PTC.
3. Click Save Settings.
Cluster Environment
When Windchill is setup as a cluster or multi-node environment, an additional configuration is required to ensure that the data is processed successfully, this is done by making sure that the location of the data is a common drive across your cluster. The node processing the data gathering may be different from the node transporting the data and you should ensure that the location of the data is accessible across the entire cluster: Follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to Site > and click Windchill Performance Advisor.
> and click Windchill Performance Advisor.2. On the Settings tab, click Yes, I want to send data to PTC.
3. In the Configure Agent tab, the Diagnostic Data Location shows the default location where the Performance Advisor reports are saved before they are sent to PTC. Provide Network File System (NFS) location and ensure that the location is accessible across the entire cluster.
4. Click Save Settings.
