Customization Process
The typical customization process involves the following steps:
1. Implement the customization.
2. Test the customization on the development environment.
3. Submit the code to PTC.
4. Monitor deployment on PTC hosted pre-production instance (Integration, QA, or Production).
5. Test on PTC hosted pre-production instance.
6. Promote to production.
