• Select the representation and on the right mouse button click action, click Save Representation from the actions available.

• The Save Representation dialog box opens. Here you can select how you want to save. You can save it as a file or save as link.

◦ If you select Save as Link you get the following options:

▪ Open in Creo View Link: This is the link to Open the 'default' Representation in Creo View.

▪ Open in Creo View Link as Text: This is link provided as text.

▪ Send E-mail with Open in Creo View Link as content: This opens the default email application with the link added as content to the email.

◦ If you select Save as File you can select the file as a zip file or a jar file.
