Saving Annotations
1. Select the annotation and on the right mouse button click action, click Save Annotation from the actions available.
2. The Save Annotation dialog box opens. Here you can select how you want to save. You can save it as a file or save as a link.
◦ If you select Save as Link you get the following options:
▪ Open in Creo View Link: This is the link to Open the 'default' Representation in Creo View.
▪ Open in Creo View Link as Text: This is link provided as text.
▪ Send E-mail with Open in Creo View Link as content: This opens the default email application with the link added as content to the email.
◦ If you select Save as File you can select the file as a zip file or a jar file.
