Plan Training Assignments Table
The Control Document table is a native task component designed to display documents associated with a Change Notice or Change Task. This table provides visibility into training-related parameters and document metadata, supporting compliance and traceability.
Accessing the Control Document Table
The table is available within the Change Notice or Change Task interface and is automatically rendered as part of the task layout. It is not configurable via table views.
Table Columns
Column Name
Description
Document Name
The name of the control document.
Document Type
The classification or type of the document.
Training Required?
Indicates whether training is required (Yes/No).
Training Status
Displays the current training status (for example, Not Started, In Progress).
Organization ID
Conditionally visible. Displays the organization identifier or CAGE Code.
Last Updated
Timestamp of the last modification to the document.
Organization ID Display Rules
The Organization ID column is visible only when the corresponding preference is enabled.
For WADM systems, the column heading changes to CAGE Code.
The column is not displayed for SUMA Parts only configurations.
Right-Click (RMB) Actions
Each row in the table supports a context menu with the following actions:
View Document
Edit
Remove
You may choose to use the standard OOTB RMB menu or configure a dedicated RMB menu for document-specific actions.
