User Roles and Access Levels
A business administrator can manage configuration at two levels:
• Site context—Allows business configuration changes at the site level, which cascades to all organizations within it. Users must be added to the Site Business Administration - Contributor group.
• Organization context—Allows business configuration changes within a specific organization. Users must be added to the Org Business Administration - Contributor group.
Utilities
Business administrators can perform the configuration tasks using the existing utilities. These utilities are available in the new
Business Administration Utilities section under
Site
