Confirm Training Completion Table
The Confirm Training Completion table helps control document planners verify the completion of training for control documents associated to a change notice or change task. This read‑only table provides a structured view of all relevant control documents, their training parameters, and the status of corresponding acknowledge training tasks assigned to users.
This table is designed to ensure accuracy and compliance. It provides the following capabilities:
Filters out duplicate control documents automatically.
Excludes change tasks that are in a cancelled state.
Fetches the latest iteration of each control document.
*
Training tasks cannot be completed until all control documents are checked in. If any control document remains checked out, an error message is displayed.
