Intended Audience

This help center is intended for users and administrators of Windchill+.

• Windchill+ users can find information related to client configuration, product features, and concepts. The first part of the documentation focuses on the Windchill+ web interface, describing the available contexts and associated capabilities. Contextual links within the help topics guide users to the relevant sections in the help center.

• Windchill+ administrators can access documentation related to administrative and configuration tasks within the Windchill+ web interface in the second part of the help center. In addition to GUI-based changes, the documentation supports administrators and implementers in ramping up on advanced topics such as file-based configuration, customization, and deployment methodologies. Topics such as Data Migration and Integrations are also covered to support advanced requirements and implementation scenarios.

The intended audience includes the following roles and responsibility levels:

Responsibility Level	Applicable Roles
Informed	Service owners of Windchill+ who are accountable for PLM service governance. For example: Project Manager, Product Manager, and so on.
Accountable	Service managers of Windchill+ who are accountable for change control and release management. For example: IT manager, Technical manager, and so on.
Responsible	Service technologists of Windchill+ who are responsible for implementing custom code and configuration. For example: Developers, Partners, and so on.
