Previewing Mass Change Actions in MPMLink
The second step in the Perform Mass Change window is to preview the mass change that you have defined. This step indicates the action to occur and presents the Object List table to preview the change.

The table displays all objects eligible for the mass change action, as well as those excluded from it. Excluded objects are displayed with a strikethrough.

The following columns appear in the Object List table.

The number for the assembly to be changed.

The version of the assembly.

Name

The name of the assembly.

State
|
The current position of the assembly in the life cycle process.

Context

The name of the context, such as product or library, in which the assembly is stored.

Exclusion Message
|
The reason an object was excluded from the mass change operation.

The Preview Mass Change page provides the following actions:

Export List to File
|
A list of available formats will appear next to the Export List to File option. Select the format in which you would like to export your table information; for example, HTML, XLS, or TEXT.

After clicking Finish, the objects in the Object List table are updated, except for those that were manually excluded.
