Development Environment
A development environment is necessary for all Windchill+ packages to work correctly. You can set up this environment in one of two ways:
1. You can build this environment on your own or in conjunction with the PTC partner to be validated appropriately. For more information, see Installing Your Development Environment.
2. Alternatively, you or your implementation partners can use a virtual machine hosted by PTC on the PTC Cloud Portal. For more information, see PTC Cloud Portal.
