Viewing Representations
You can view the representations of a part, document, CAD document, or Dynamic Document.
1. From the information page of the object, click New Tab and navigate to Customize > General > Representations/Annotations.
The Representations/Annotations page opens.
2. You can select an object and perform actions by selecting the Actions menu or using row actions on the right-click mouse action for the selected object.
Following are the actions from the Actions menu:

Copies selected objects to the Clipboard

Pastes selected object from the Clipboard
New Representation
Creates a new representation
Refresh
Refreshes a table
WVS Job Monitor
Enables access to WVS Job Monitor

Pastes copied items from the Clipboard
Following are the actions available on the right-click action:

Open in Creo View.
Opens representation in Creo View
Print in Creo View
Prints representation with Creo View.
View Thumbnail
Enables viewing thumbnail
Make Default Representation
Sets the selected representation as Default
New Interference Detection Definition.
Creates a new interference detection definition.
Republish
Enables republishing of pending localized information and publication structures. Also rechecks the availability of any selected languages that were unavailable for the previous publishing job.
Post Publish
Post publishes the representation
Save Representation or Save Structure
Saves the representation or structure to the local file
Copy
Copies representation to the Clipboard
Paste
Pastes markups from Clipboard to representation.
Paste Selection
Pastes selected markups from Clipboard to representation.
Delete
Deletes the selected representation
Edit Access Control
Edits access by setting permission.

Some actions and items may not be available depending on your permissions and system configuration.
You can search for content in the Representations/Annotations table by clicking inside the “Find in Representations/Annotations” search field and entering text. Use the Next Match / Previous Match arrows to scroll through the results.
To change the preference setting for multi-fidelity representations, edit the Preferred Fidelity preference.

If you are displaying the representations for a part that has passively-linked CAD documents (for example, drawings), then the representations associated to those CAD documents are included in the table. These representations are identified by [<object name>] after the representation name and are read-only; you cannot set the default for, delete, or republish these representations from this table. You can perform these actions only from the relevant object’s representation listing.
