Qualifications Required for a Developer to Work on Windchill+ Systems
A developer must have the following qualifications to work on Windchill+ systems:
Basic proficiency with Java development, modular programming, and coding best practices
Awareness of Windchill+ specific guidelines and supported scope of customization.

Optional access to an offline Windchill development system.
Optional access to a source code management system (SCM).

Access to an Azure BLOB storage account associated with the target Quality Assurance (QA) environment.
The AzCopy utility from Microsoft. This utility is used to copy data to and from the containers. It is also used for file shares in your Windchill+ associated Azure Storage account.
