Accessing the Windchill Logs
You are required to access the Windchill logs for debugging purposes and specific other scenarios. Because logs may contain sensitive information, for security reasons, access to the Logfile viewer is provided only to the organization administrator.
The Logfile viewer can be accessed using the following URL: https://<host>/Windchill/netmarkets/jsp/jmx/logFiles.jsp.

You can setup the debugging level on your integration environment using your Site Admin access. For the QA and production environments, a service request must be opened. For more information, see Opening a Service Request.
