Test the Azure File Storage Account Access
Use the Azure storage account for configuration and customization deployment activities. In the storage account, you can push your configuration package. You can also retrieve various logs, such as build scanning logs and build deployment logs. You must first follow these required steps to get access and ensure a secured connection to that location. The steps are as follows:
1. Request a secured token to the storage account — Open a service request on https://support.ptc.com to request a SAS token. The SAS token provides you with the storage location. For more information, see Opening a Service Request.
*
You cannot use the SAS token until your Internet Protocol (IP) address is on the PTC Allow list.
2. IP Allow list — Open a service request on https://support.ptc.com and share your IP address in the ticket to add your IP address to the PTC Allow list.
*
PTC strongly recommends using a customer corporate Egress IP address. Individual IP addresses may be dynamic. Access using individual IP address can be lost quickly, and you might need to repeat the steps more often.
