Verify the Customizations
To verify the customizations you made, search for the instances of your parts.
1. In the Navigator, click > .
2. In the Keyword box, enter “*part*”.
The search results are displayed.

The instance of the AcmePart subtype is shown with the custom icon you specified. This confirms that your new custom type is integrated with the standard Windchill functionality.
