Windchill 12.1.2.9

Windchill+ now supports outbound communication with endpoints outside of the PTC-managed environment. This requires you to share the connection information with PTC using the captureExternalConnections utility and submitting the customization package using the Code and Configuration Deployment (CCD) utility.
