Thumbnail Generation in Visualization Content Service

Description
The Visualization Content Service (VCS) now supports thumbnail generation across all windchill workflows, including:
• CAD worker or non-CAD worker published jobs.
• Server generated representations
• Scheduler based thumbnail generation
With VCS, Windchill administrators no longer need to configure specific properties for thumbnail generation (such as worker, cadagent, or server). VCS seamlessly handles the entire thumbnail generation process.
When a thumbnail is requested, Windchill creates a new thumbnail job inheriting the priority of the primary job.
This enhancement allows for better tracking of thumbnail-related tasks.
