Introduced a Mandatory Flexible Link WINDU Task for Older Releases (Before Windchill 13.0.2.0)

Description
A mandatory flexible link WINDU task “Check if the Change Management and Quality Management Solutions objects are ready for the upgrade to Windchill 13.0.2.0 or later” is introduced in the previous releases (before 13.0.2.0). This task in available for the older Windchill releases that can be upgraded to the Windchill 13.0.2.0 release
This task generates a report on readiness of the Change Management and Quality Management Solutions objects for the upgrade to Windchill 13.0.2.0 or later.
The report analyzes the change association mode (Legacy, Mixed, or Flexible), and checks for the existence of legacy links, non-flexible classes, and legacy objects:
• If system is not in flexible mode and has legacy data, then the report states that the Change Management and Quality Management Solutions objects are NOT READY for the upgrade.
• If system is in flexible mode and does not have legacy data, then the report states that the Change Management and Quality Management Solutions objects are READY for the upgrade.
