To provide a blank (undefined) release target for Default list in the Change Intent Release Target mapping rule.
Additional Details
When creating the Change Intent Release Target mapping rule, the Default field displays the blank value. If you select the blank value as the default, then the Release Target column of the Resulting Objects table shows the default blank transition along with the eligible transitions.
