• Define custom actions and action models in XML files.
• Register the custom actions and action models using properties.
• Validate the customizations using the CCD tool.
• Deploy the customizations using the CCD tool.

• Eliminates the need for manual adjustments after upgrade if there is a change in OOTB actions or action models.
