Selecting the Sourcing Context
With Windchill Supplier Management installed, you can select the sourcing context when viewing the part structure on the information page of an OEM part.

The sourcing context that you select is global for the duration of a Windchill PDMLink session.

To specify a sourcing context:
1. Go to the Structure tab of the OEM part’s information page.
2. From the Viewing actions list, select > and select the desired sourcing context. If you want to search for more sourcing contexts, click Find Sourcing Context.
3. In the Find Sourcing Context window, click Search.
The Search Results table shows the found contexts.
4. Select a sourcing context and click OK.
The sourcing context is now changed globally.
