Tracking of a Remove Event
The Remove event is triggered when you use the Remove action in BOM Transformer to remove a Made From association from the structure.
When using a new change task to track a Remove event, the Made From History table records the Remove event. The events that were recorded in an earlier change task for the same Made From part continue to be displayed in the table. A new manufacturing history object is created for the Remove event. The visibility of the Made From part in the BOM Transformer depends on the configuration specification applied to the structure.
However, when you use a single change task to track multiple operations on a Made from association, the Made From History table does not record the Remove event. The events that were recorded earlier for the Made From part are removed from the Made From History table. The changes made through these events are also undone. For example, if a change task tracked an Add event before the Remove event was triggered, the Made From History table does not display any event for the removed Made From part. But after adding a Made From part, if you update the part against a change task, and then the remove it against the same change task, all the changes made through the task are undone. The Made From association is restored to the previous state.
