Backup and Restore Servers for On‑Prem Environment with AI Assistant Plugin Installed
When you back up and restore a Windchill environment, the Windchill AI Assistant may be left in an unexpected state after you restore the database.
To prevent this issue, manually run the reconciliation process immediately after the restore:
1. On the Indexing Dashboard, go to Synchronize Index.
2. Select Start.
