• The Windchill AI product is licensed for your organization. For more information, see Windchill AI Assistant Plugin License for the On-prem Environment and Windchill AI Assistant Plugin License for the SaaS Environment.

• Your PTC SaaS organization is assigned the Windchill product.

• You have Site Administrator and/or Business Administrator privileges in Windchill and are granted access to the Windchill product in the PTC SaaS organization.

• For an on‑premises environment, ensure that the network is configured with the required DNS entries and ports on the Windchill instance. For more information, see Network Connectivity Requirements for On-prem Environment.

• For SaaS environment, ensure that the Windchill+ product instance is registered for your organization in the PTC Admin Center. For more information, see the Register a Windchill Product Instance.
