Some settings can be configured in the Type and Attribute Management utility, but are not reflected elsewhere in the user interface. Enhancements are planned to close these gaps in a future release.

Alias and Calculated Attribute Usage Limitations

• Derived string and numerical attributes defined on PTC FlexPLM types displayed on create and edit windows are not updated until the create action or edit action is processed. Once the action is processed, the attribute value is updated.
