The PTC website also provides a search facility for technical documentation of particular interest. To access this search facility, go to the eSupport page at http://www.ptc.com/support/.
You must have a Service Contract Number (SCN) before you can receive technical support. If you do not have an SCN, contact the PTC Maintenance Department using the instructions found in the PTC Customer Support Guide.
