Obtaining Required CD Images, Patches, Windchill Diagnostic Utility Patches, and FlexPLM Diagnostic Utility Patches

Ensure that all CD images, patches and Windchill Diagnostic Utility Patches for mock upgrade process are already downloaded.
For this upgrade, you need to have the latest FlexPLM patch for 11.0 M030. Call PTC Technical Support to obtain it if you have not yet downloaded it.
